Cereals Fruit Focus UK Ltd (Cereals) including any companies engaged by the Organiser to manage the Exhibition on its behalf is the company organizing the event.  Agreement shall not be deemed to have been entered between you and Cereals unless Cereals recognizes your registration by sending you an email to confirm your registration to the Event. In this regard, acceptance shall be deemed to be valid for all purposes as of the time of receipt of the confirmation email sent by Cereals.  Cereals fulfils all privacy requirements set forth by applicable regulations. Please find the privacy policy here.  Only if the Event is cancelled will you be entitled to a reimbursement of the purchase price paid.  By visiting Cereals, visitors accept that they may be photographed or filmed and that this media may be used for event marketing.
